Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Timings
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Adventure Activity Participation
All adventure activities (treks, hikes, snow trails, etc.) are voluntary and guests must sign a waiver form before participation. JamaicaCamp is not liable for any injury or accident during these activities.
Weather Conditions
Being a snow-covered region, weather may affect certain activities or travel plans. No refund is applicable due to weather-related cancellations.
Health and Fitness
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for high-altitude stays and camping. Any medical condition must be disclosed prior to arrival.
Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to respect nature, fellow travelers, and property. Any misbehavior, damage, or violation of rules may lead to termination of stay without refund.
Alcohol and Smoking Policy
Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation and only in designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tents or rooms.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at the campsite due to safety and hygiene concerns.
Children
Children below 5 years stay free with parents. Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
Food and Meals
Meal packages are pre-defined. Special requests (e.g. vegetarian, Jain, allergies) must be informed at the time of booking.
Liability Disclaimer
JamaicaCamp is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to carry minimal valuables.
Right to Admission Reserved
JamaicaCamp reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of any suspicious, unlawful, or disruptive activity.
